At Liquid I.V. India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and state the reason.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure they pass our quality inspection.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 48 hours; please ensure you receive a signed acknowledgment receipt from the agent.
Quality Check and Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
